Their products and delivery system is first class but their Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I phoned 3 times to ask for a couple of measurements for a glass I was interested in. 3 times they promised to get back to me but I have have heard nothing. in the end I contacted the Grassl Glass company who provided me with the data. Unfortunately, I still had to go back to Wineware to purchase them as they seem to be only retailer in UK.

Was looking for glasses for sweet wine. We already have Zwiesel wine glasses for red and white wine and wanted to stay with the make partly because they are not so well known as some other makes, and also because the are so well made and pleasing to use. Wineware were the best on price and stock. Delivery to Scottish highlands was fast and reasonably priced. Next time we want some wine hardware Wineware will be our 1st port of call
