I was very impressed with the quality and speed of service from Wineware. I ordered wine racking and some bottle tags and received the wine racking within two business days of placing the order. The bottle tags had actually been missed from the order but when I contacted Wineware, my email was responded to within a few minutes and the tags were delivered first class the next day. All in all, excellent service and I would happily use them again knowing that their customer service is top notch.

So impressed with WineWares products and service. Ordered wine and beer glasses yesterday and delivery made this morning. Perfect packaging by WineWare (Riedel have some very clever packaging too). I will most definitely be ordering again and am very happy to recommend.

On the website, they claimed the "Grip Wine & Champagne Bottle Stopper / Sealer - Set of 3" would fit most of the wine bottles, however, we found out that this stopper only fit one of our wine bottles (I tried it on three different opened wine bottles) Therefore I consider this product is not good and I bought another type of stopper from Amazon later. I am not sure whether Wineware does free returns and refunds.

Great selection of products, with many options in different categories. Quick despatch time and communication, only down side is that the parcel was delivered by Royal Mail, who unlike every other delivery company don't provide a delivery window and very rarely deliver on time, as was the case this time!

Excellent service and super quick delivery (even on standard). I bought some glasses this time, all lovely. Last time I bought some wine cubes to store wine under the stairs. 3 were from a new batch and one from an old batch. Consequently the size was slightly different. Wine Ware were round within 24 hours to drop off a replacement of the correct size.

Ordered two wine glasses on 6 December for Xmas; they were eventually delivered on 21 Jan. Enough said.
