I made a purchase of beautiful Glencairn Official Whisky Glass and Whisky Jug Flight Tasting Tray - Set of 2 Glasses & 1 Jug as part of a Christmas gift for my son in Australia. When I had to call to report that he had not received it 3 weeks later I was given all tracking details of attempted delivery allowing him to pick up parcel tomorrow from Australia post depot.
