The product was sold out when I placed my order. The company were awaiting a delivery. I was offered a refund but chose to wait as I was interested in the product. My delivery would of clashed with a planned holiday so company held my parcel back calling me day after my return to check if now was a good time to send. Very pleased with the product 😊
