Seamless and very good ordering process and payment experience. But! Wine was almost a week late, I had ordered the wine for a party and had to go to another company to fulfil the order, although I had a very pleasant phone call from a company representative who was very apologetic and assured me of a better experience in future. I must rate on my one and only experience to date however and should I use wines direct again and be prompted to rate I will do so honestly and fairly. I will be reluctant to order in future any closer to a fortnight before I need the wines.
