I like exploring wine, so the Wines Direct themed sets make it easy. Every bottle of wine has been excellent, well balanced and interesting - exactly what I seek in trying new wines. Ireland is terrible for wine appreciation, with ridiculous taxes and government opinions. Wines Direct offset this with great price vs. quality. They are way above any supermarket, and bring joy more in the way a good boutique wine shop would.
We love wines direct for the range of interesting wines they provide in the Explorer club and at such excellent value. We received present at Christmas of three months subscription and subsequently signed up again for more delicious reds and whites 🤩.

We buy wines regularly from Wines Direct. The orders are fulfilled and delivered in 72 hours or less. We like the selections and usually order favourites again and again. It’s an easy process and the wine selections are very good ….
I discovered that one of our favourite Argentinian wines is obtainable from Wines Direct, ordered on-line without any hassle and it was delivered two days later. Have been ordering it regularly since.
Just like the post man/woman, they always deliver. Quality, value and service gives you that confidence to keep going back. To have a business started, over thirty years ago and still thriving is a credit to its founder Paddy, his family and the staff. I have fond memories of doing a wine tasting with Paddy back in 97 when i worked in a fabulous restaurant in Donegal. Whenever i see a Haut Rian it brings me right back, i was even fortunate enough to visit the Chateau in 2004 and couldn’t wait to tell them it was Paddy Keogh who had introduced me to their wonderful wine.
