Great service great wine
Placed an order and when I didn't receive anything after 5 days (delivery time listed as 3-5 days) I contacted customer services. Tony investigated and explained they had been waiting for a wine to arrive and he could get it delivered on the following Wednesday (the Monday was Bank Holiday), the first half arrived on Wednesday and before I could query why only half I had been contacted to explain courier had set off with only one box, courier turned up early next day with second half. I did have to chase initially but after that I received constant updates.
