I booked a repair appointment for my car key at Wilson Epsom two weeks in advance, expecting a straightforward and efficient service. Unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of disappointing. When my wife dropped off the car key, we were told after a few hours that the car was ready for pickup. However, when I arrived at the repair center, I waited for 30 minutes only to be informed that the issue was with the key itself. The staff member explained that he couldn’t verify if the problem was covered under warranty because he was “too busy” and had other vehicles to deal with. This explanation was extremely frustrating, especially considering I had booked the appointment two weeks in advance. If the staff were unable to manage their workload or prioritize pre-booked services, why accept appointments at all? The entire purpose of booking in advance is to ensure that proper attention is given and the necessary actions are taken on time. Instead, I left with no resolution, wasted time, and continued uncertainty about my warranty coverage. After returning home, I immediately sent an email to Wilson Epsom's customer service team to address this problem. Over a week has passed, and I have yet to receive any reply or acknowledgment. This only adds to the frustration and highlights the lack of professionalism and accountability. It has now been over a week since I contacted Wilson Epsom directly to address this issue, and I have received no response. This level of customer service is unacceptable and demonstrates a complete lack of care for customers' time and trust. I expected far better from a professional repair center and will reconsider using their services in the future. I do not recommend Wilson Epsom to anyone seeking reliable or timely assistance.

Sam and Ollie were amazing! Fantastic service, nothing too much trouble, amazing knowledge, knew what type of car I wanted before I did. I cannot recommend them highly enough, such a positive car-buying experience 😀

I had an expensive service done on my car at Wilsons this week and it left a lot to be desired. Since then no-one will answer my calls and emails. Shoddy work and appalling customer service. They don't want to know. I would suggest avoiding the service department there.

Harry has been brilliant from beginning to end - the end being the collection of my beautiful Peugeot! He dealt so kindly with a midway panic attack at handing over my two trade in cars We have bought several cars from Wilson’s Without a doubt this has been the best experience Harry is a total professional - unpushy, kind, caring, understanding and full of knowledge Cannot recommend Harry and Wilson’s highly enough Kate Kassam Leatherhead

Greg, well what can I say: I only went into Wilsons for a look around alas once Greg spoke to me regarding all the information I wanted in regards to an Alfa Romeo and the passion & knowledge he had 'Well I purchased the vehicle'. Greg has got to be the most passionate car salesman I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He made the whole purchase a total joy. What a wonderful person and credit to Wilsons.

Avoid Wilson Car MG – Appalling Service! I purchased a car from Wilson Car MG and recently had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. My car broke down last week, and when I tried to book it for repairs, I was told the earliest appointment available was five weeks away. That was frustrating enough, but it only got worse from there. I contacted MG directly, and they confirmed that it’s company policy to provide a courtesy car if a service centre can’t accommodate an appointment promptly. However, despite calling Wilson Car MG every day for four days, I got nowhere. Failure to Update Records: Their system still showed my car as booked for an MOT and service instead of addressing the actual breakdown. Unprofessional Staff: Rachel, a team member, failed to deliver on promises of updates. Even after asking her to CC me on emails, I was told she "forgot." After four days of chasing, I was finally informed that the person she claimed to be working with was on annual leave. This should have been communicated on the first day! Misleading Advice: Rachel told me to tow my car in over the weekend and promised the team would contact me on Monday regarding a courtesy car. I arranged the towing at my own expense, only to arrive at the centre and be told no one knew about my car, and the system hadn’t been updated. This entire ordeal was a complete waste of my time, money, and energy. The lack of communication, coordination, and basic customer care is appalling. While the team was friendly during the sales process, it’s clear that post-purchase support is not a priority. If you value your time and money, avoid Wilson Car MG at all costs.

I bought an 18 plate Nissan Qashqai from Wilsons. On the test drive all seemed well and good. On the drive home on the motorway the steering felt stiff and it was difficult to keep the car in lane. After complaining I was asked to bring the car back for inspection. A day later I was told the car could not be returned to me as the gear box (Auto) had a terminal fault. The heated windscreen also did not work and there was a rattle from the dashboard. Wilsons sales manager offered me a number of other cars but they did not meet my requirements. They found a Tekna in stock and offered me a test drive. I drove back and took the car for a test drive and although it was shabby inside I was prepared to accept this car however the price was £2,600 more than what I had already paid, I was expected to pay the difference. That car was one year younger but shabby inside compared to the original car I bought. The other car they offered was a lower spec and again higher in price than my original purchase, this car wasn't even on site. To their credit they provided a courtesy car but that was for a limited time only. Next they passed on my data to another car business with the part exchange, this ended with a data breach as I had calls from the Car Seller who purchased the car. I am still waiting for an explanation on how this happened. A Director has assured me he is on top of this but I have had no contact so far from the Car Auction Company. At the end of the day the car I bought should have been checked properly, from reading some of these reviews its not the first time Wilsons have sent cars out in an unacceptable state. Wilsons claim they are writing off the car as its too uneconomical to repair, I still find that hard to believe, they put me and potentially other people in serious danger. Wilsons need to check further before selling a car that was unroadworthy and mechanically unsound. No gesture of goodwill or compensation offered, I guess they thought they were doing me a favour with a refund? I am out of pocket through this experience as I have had to pay more for a replacement and on parts bought for the first car. I would not recommend buying a used or new car from any of their dealerships. I was told by a member of staff their technicians can only test drive cars within a mile of the dealership, doesn't sound to me like that's a very comprehensive test drive.

Sophie was great at finding me options for cars that fit my brief. We were able to look at multiple models and find just the right fit. The service was friendly and confident without being pushy. A great experience all round.

Glenn was exceptional. He didn’t just sell us a car; he provided excellent after-sales service. I had questions a week later, and they were just as attentive as during the sale. He was not our primary agent but he was very helpful and finished the transaction smooth and easy.

Brilliant service from there service team! We took our Fiat 500e in for it’s second service and had great customer service and even got a video sent to my phone to show me what he had done, car was in excellent condition and only needs the two front tyres replaced within six months, all round experience was 10/10!

I went to the showroom for a test drive last month, and ended up buying a new car on the spot, thanks to the excellent service from Sam and Sophie - two wonderful, friendly and caring individuals. Jamie was very helpful too. I collected the car a few weeks later - the whole experience was effortless and seamless. If only everything in life was so simple!
