Strongly recommend Sophie Neill from Nissan. A second hand car I bought from Wilsons broke down not long after I bought it (these things can happen with any car really) and Sophie was absolutely stellar in supporting me throughout the whole process to get it sorted. While any car can break down at any time, the after sale support and ownership showed while sorting the issue proved the company's culture is not that of a "cowboy" sell and run business. Wilsons should be really proud of having her among their ranks and thank her for having created a future return customer (likely not the first one).

Mihai Cizmas the Sales Executive I dealt with at Wilsons was fantastic. The whole process from start to finish was stress free, honest and fast. I cannot recommend Mihai highly enough.

Jack was easy to deal with, he answered all my questions, and made the whole process from ordering my car to handover a pleasant experience.

The used Renault Zoe I purchased last October was and is pretty good but the after sales service is frankly very poor. I have phoned on a number of occasions wanting to discuss issues and get bounced around between sales and service without a resolution to the issue. They are main dealers and should be the experts on their cars. This is not good service.
