We bought a new electric Peugeot from Wilson’s this week. We were dealt with by Alfie who was friendly and very helpful. I was a little nervous about the test drive as I wasn’t sure what it would be like driving an electric car but he was very reassuring -despite his youth! He explained everything and the experience was very enjoyable. In fact we liked the car so much we agreed to buy it and the service we received was exemplary.I would recommend Wilsons if you are buying a Peugeot.

Wasn't expecting to actually buy a car but after speaking with Greg at the Alfa Romeo desk I couldn't say no. He is not your typical sales person - he was not pushy just very knowledgeable and very passionate about the product he was selling. I fell in love with the Giulia Veloce as soon as he took us for a spin in it and signed the paperwork that very afternoon. I am now the proud owner of a very special car. We also dealt with Tom in Greg's absence when we collected the car and he too was a joy to deal with. All in all a wonderful experience.

In despair I drove my car to Wilson garage although it was leaking lots of oil.I managed to speak to the service manager in person and he responded kindly and very polite.The car was ready for me to pick up the following morning so all ended well .

I am deeply unhappy with Wilsons Renault and genuinely wish I had never been near the place. From the moment they received my cash for a new car their interest has gradually declined. It has now reached the point where I have a faulty new car, they do not know what to do about it, they fail to communicate, they fail to return calls, I am stuck with a courtesy car for who knows how long and the so-called customer service team barely replies to an email even when expressed as a formal complaint. Stay away. Seriously.
