Excellent service today from Wilson's. They did a thorough job to investigate the fault with my car, took the effort to detail out the issue to me including an explainer video of the health check. Staff were attentive and friendly and I was able to use the wifi and coffee facilities whilst I waited - I was even lent a charger for my phone! And my car came back fully valeted inside and out.

Fantastic service all round from Latte and Michael. They were more than happy to take their time with us and answer all our questions. They explained everything fully and made sure we were happy with our cars and understood what was happening through all steps of the process.

The car took a long time coming but I was kept up to date with progress.

As soon as we stepped into the dealership we were greeted by Joseph Foster. He was very friendly and welcoming and spent a lot of time explaining, helping and organising everything we needed to order or next car.

Sadly have had a number of issues with the service/ care provided by Wilsons. Made a purchase of a pre reg just after covid. Car was at a reduced price which was fantastic. However, there have been a number of issues, neither Jeep or Wilsons were willing to change car as did not want to be at a loss financially. I was certainly not willing to pay the difference to have a vehicle with no issues. To date still waiting for a 'tech update from Italy'. Not heard from the service manager Ben for over 6months. Have just booked in for a service, would have preferred to go elsewhere, however feel that as there is an ongoing issue with the vehicle I need to stay with Wilsons until resolved. Would not purchase again. Much like many dealerships, happy to take money, but aftersales is nonexistence
