I received really excellent service today from Sarah at Wilson's Service Centre in Epsom. She was extremely professional and explained everything to me very clearly. She also contacted me twice to let me know the progress of my vehicle, which was in for service and MOT.

I hadn't bought a car for many years and it was a large purchase for our household. I bought a Fiat 500 from Wilsons who were excellent from the first call right up to delivery. I am so pleased with car, and would recommend the garage to anyone.

Bought a 22 plate Fiat 500 in September from Wilson (not my 1st car from there) which I truly love. I've had a couple of minor issues but EVERYTIME Gary Lambert goes above and beyond to sort everything out. HE is exactly the reason why I wouldn't buy anywhere else. Thanks Gary!!

I bought a new car back in October and I am really pleased with it on the whole. The only issue I have had is with the key fobs which play up intermittently. The after sales service I have received from Gary Lambert has been superb. He has been incredibly helpful trying to get the issue resolved. He has collected my car on a couple of occasions and has always explained in detail what action has been taken. He even gives treats to my dog!! Thank you Gary.

I recently purchased a VW Touran from Wilsons. Unfortunately I had to return it as it had some mechanical issues and there was also a big missunderstanting with the Premium cover I've been sold. I was very dissapointed with the sales team...they only seem to care about selling cars - not really care about the customers. On the other hand, when I returned the car I've met Gary Lambert from Wilsons AfterCare department. From the moment he walked into the showroom he went above and beyond to make my car-return experience truly exceptional. The post-purchase support from Gary has been really impressive. He was the only one who had the patience to listen to my worries, has been responsive to any questions or requests I had that day, had given me specific answers whilst keeping a professional attitude, thus turning the bad experience I've previously had into an exceptional aftersales customer care. After assuring me that the returning and refund process for the VW will continue as described, Gary arranged for us a ride back to my house with one of the company's available drivers, as he trully believed that it is not fair for a customer to take the public transport back home. Highly trained professionalism combined with passion, expertise and dedication makes Gary Lambert an asset to both the dealership and any customer lucky enough (like myself) to work with him. Could never thank Gary enough for his support that day and the following days until my payment was succesfully settled!

Bought a used car from these guys . Within a few months had a catastrophic gearbox failure. Reached out for support as it came with a 3 year warranty, since then I've had nothing but problems and now cannot make contact with anyone. Been promised calls back but this had never happened . I will now be taking action to get the car rejected and would not recommend using Wilson's at all

Helpful friendly and very knowledgeable. Inspired confidence anything that wasn't 100% certain was checked. Best dealership I've ever been to and been getting new vehicles every 3 years for over 25 years.
