The representatives at Whitaker Brothers are awesome! The gentleman I spoke with the day I ordered the paper folder was very kind and made sure I was getting a machine that fit our needs best. Then after the order was placed, a young lady called me to make sure we ordered everything we needed for the machine. I'm so very thankful for them both! True customer service values! :)

Decent service over all. Had to leave a message for the Business Machines guy twice before they got back to me, but after that it was really smooth.

Customer service was very professional and understanding with my credit card issue. The package was disappointing, the ink was all over the pastic bag. Last order it was in a cardboard container. I got ink all over my hands. :(

I would've ordered from them, but this takes the cake. save your money people and find brand new online from other suppliers. Here's a tip: find the item you want, then search google.com for a better price from different suppliers, you will be happy you did. cheers.

Layla was exceptional!

Overall a great experience. I was using my i-phone. The site was very user friendly. However, I did not have audio. Even so, I could easily follow along with the bidding just from the interface. I would recommend two enhancements though. First, it is almost too easy to bid. If my screen would not have been locked and I put my i-phone in my pocket with the bid window open, I might have accidentally unknowingly bid. I would make it a two step bid process. First, tap bid. Then tap a button to confirm bid. My second suggestion is to provide a button for me to tell the auctioneer that I'm out of the bidding. This would make it easier to the person watching on-line bidders to know if that person is still in or is out.
