i had a problem with an item i purchase so i send and email and ask about the return policy. She explain me all the details and what do i need to do and how to be able to get a refund because the part wasn't the correct one. She was always nice and helpful. If more companies will train their employees like her, would be a trouble or painful to get customer service.

I went online with the model and make of my shredder. Whitaker brothers came up and show me which bags to order, however the bags are much bigger They don't fit properly in the machine so the bags are only half full when we need to change them

Great Service and Response to my questions and concerns

Sales was great. Service when I called about a problem not so much. Perhaps because I hadn't purchased their service agreement, even though it was brand new and my questions were technical I expected a call back and some help.

Ordered online with a credit card and received the product within a few days, well packaged, no issues. Folding machine is exactly as described on the website.
