I wanted a paper folder but did not feel good about spending even a thousand dollars. I did some research and found Whitakers. I watched a few videos, sent my questions off and the response came quickly. So I ordered on the recommendation that the sales rep made and my machine arrived in no time at all. I folded the village newsletter and water bills the day it arrived. It cut the manual labor down on the job from 8 hours to 2.5 hours. What a great investment.
I purchased a Fellowes 225ci shredder. The company never sent me an emial that the machine was shipped with a tracking number. I had to call after the item did not arrive in my office. This is a minor nuisance, but with no shredder the work was piling up to destroy. The machine works fine with no adjustments needed. Instructions were clear. I had a similar machine before. I would certainly purchase from this company again.

Whitaker Brothers was very responsive to my online order. I understand and appreciate their e-mail to ensure that we were selecting a machine that would meet our needs. The only suggestion I would make is to have the periodic maintenance kit offer be included with the first e-mail. My order was delayed a day as a second e-mail was sent suggesting the maintenance kit.
