The website was very easy to maneuver. When I called to check on the status of my order the Customer Service agent was polite and made sure that any questions I had were addressed prior to the end of our conversation.

Staff/Customer Service is great, product arrived timely. I just had a bit of confusion regarding the video and what was presented (namely easy cheat/letter stickers, however the machine we received did not have these) it all worked out, and Bill (Tech) returned my call promptly and courteously. Have only used one week to fold our church bulletins however, it worked great.

I received excellent customer service when I called to place my order! We received our paper folder the very next day!

I had to wait to talk with the secretary about how the folder worked. She called me yesterday and was very, very happy with it. Saved her a lot of time, only 175 bulletins to fold but they were done in a matter of minutes. The printer could not keep up with the bulletin folder. Worked wonderful!

The company has very good prices and good service. I have bought many times from this company and never had a problem. I am a Office Supply and Office Machine Dealer and I buy mailroom equipment from Whitaker Brothers. My customer decided to return this commercial letter opener because it was the exact same model that they currently have and they are not satisified with the quality. I had to return this item and it has not been opened and I have you pay a 25% restocking fee. I understand me paying return shipping but the 25% restocking fee will have to be factored in with my next purchase when the other companies allow mw to return unopened (factory sealed) items back without a restocking fee.

Site was easy to navigate. Freight charges were quoted & reasonable. The shredder oil was delivered within 2 days.

Received a phone call within an hour of my order from a sales rep informing of when the equipment would be in. Same rep, Steve, called me and set an appointment to setup the paper folder and give a quick class on how to use it. He even took the time to fine tune the adjustments. Cheaper than Amazon and great support on top of it. I am very impressed with this company!
