My order was apparently shipped promptly, but I got no notification when the order was shipped, and the status of the order on their web site continues to show "processing" even now after I've received my order. Maybe I'm spoiled by other vendors, but it would be nice to get a shipment notification with a tracking number. As it was, I was left wondering whether the order even shipped, and I got a total surprise when the package was delivered.
Ordering was quick and easy and handled in a pleasant manner. Even though we were told that since they had to ship to Canada our order would take a bit longer than usual it arrived in much less time than we expected; literally 4 days. It was a nice surprise! Will definitely order from Whitaker again should the need arise.

One of the better experiences I have had when buying products for the office. After shopping around for a new binding machine, Whitaker Brothers had an impressive breadth of products to choose from. This company provided the best price for a Martin Yale folder, so I placed the order. After fixing my current machine, I cancelled the order. They were so cooperative and easy to deal with in this matter. The only complaint is getting an answer to a question I posted. I would certainly use them for future orders.
