Easy and painless to make the order. The only issue I had was they told me I would receive an email when my product shipped. This did not happen. I had called a week after I made the purchase and Layla from customer service & web marketing Asst. looked it up and told me the product (that I desperately needed to fold the church bulletins) should arrive to me that day. She was very nice and apologetic. I would order again and recommend this company to everyone.

The item that I purchased arrived quickly and in excellent condition. The price I paid for it was fair. This is a very good business to purchase from.
It was fairly easy to order online, however right after I placed my order I received a confirmation email, then an email to review the product (which I had not even shipped yet) and an email saying that the manufacturer was delayed and my order would ship in over a week. Then once the order did ship, it was delayed (no notification on the delay, I had to track it to get this info) and when I reached out to see the issue of the delay and get an update the rep told me they could not help. Seems there is little customer service for an item that is of a higher price point. Too much hassle in the end for me.
Slow in delivery. Up till now I have not received my order. Reason of not delivering on time should have been communicated. Please let us know if the order is on back order.
