I have purchased paper folding equipment from them. Whitaker brothers have equipment but not service. If you have a technical question they refer you to the manufacturer. I wonder what happens if your equipment breaks? Will they support you? Will they provide a technician to serve your equipment? I am afraid the answer is no.
