Be careful when you buy equipment that it is not in their service area. You will be left hanging with no where to obtain service. They won't tell you this ahead of time I recently found out.
I worked with Whitaker Brothers at my previous job and reached out to them again after several years at my new office. Excellent customer service with a small town feel. You are treated like a friend and neighbor, not just another account.
Our church purchase a paper folder in July 2018. We could never get the paper to feed into the machine so we called for service. The tech came out in August 2018 said all the parts weren't on the machine and he spent days trying to repair it. After the tech left and we tried the machine it still has not worked. I called again today now I have to pay for someone to fix a machine that has never worked.
Ordering is easy. Free freight is great. Follow up is very prompt. So far so good.
Said they had it in stock, I ordered it, then they said they didn't have it. They lured me in for the order!
