I placed an order at 11:00 am West Coast time and was told it's too late to ship that day. They have a noon cutoff, 9:00 am West Coast. I ordered a 6' long piece I needed on Saturday and they won't even ship until Monday. Sheesh, it's 2019 when I can get stuff delivered in 4 hours. Yes, I updated my review as per your suggestion. Your wise guy response, "we don't have a teleportation devise" and "It's not like you ordered body wash off Amazon Prime" is, or should be beneath your company. If you don't like negative reviews, I suggest finding ways of improving. How is it not like ordering body wash ? Don't you just pull it off a shelf, put it in a box and mail it ?

Layla Marroquin in their customer service was extremely helpful working through an issue with the manufacturer of a product we purchased. The issue was addressed within one day and resolved within two days. I've purchased from Whitaker Brothers for a few years and never had an issue with their service and pricing.

Ordered postage machine ink on 4/12/2019, called back today, 4/22/2019, ink still has not shipped, was told by Layla that it "should" ship today, nobody knew they were out of stock, however they will be kind and ship UPS GROUND. I will never use this company again.

Poor telephone customer service trying to clarify the products needed for the machine we have, purchased from Whitaker. Transferred from employee to employee to find someone to take a phone order, ending in a dead end voice mail message.

I wish I could say my experience was flawless but there was a hang up. I ordered a shredder for my office and had a wonderful experience working with Layla Marroquin, a customer Service & Web Marketing assistant who figured out what the appropriate shredder was for my needs. Once we figured out what machine would work best, I was easily able to place my order online. The problem came when a week or so later I had still not received my order. I emailed Layla and before the day was over she had contacted the manufacture, worked out a product upgrade at no additional charge and apologized. no one is perfect, I get that; but it's rare for people, let alone cooperation to own a mistake. Great Job Layla I hope the rest of the whitaker Brothers team has your core values.
