I ordered a paper cutter from Whitaker Brothers. The staff emailed shortly after asking specifics on shipping and tge company where the equipment would be delivered. All in all I have received 3/4 emails so far and the equipment hasn’t even been shipped yet. I just want to say I am impressed with your customer service so far. That is something that has definitely gone to the wayside by many companies. I have another major purchase to make and wanted to wait and see if I would order it from your company. So far it looks like a very promising order for your company. Please keep up with your customer service to your customers!

I bought the HSM Profipack P425 Cardboard Shredder and it start giving trouble within few weeks. Called them to send someone to fix it several times. The kept saying they will but they never did. The machine is not working for us and we wasted $5000. Never buy machine online. order number is W101053.

By mistake my husband ordered the wrong size paper trimmer. He contacted Whitaker and arranged to return it to the manufacturer. The manufacturer sent us a prepaid UPS label. When we knew the trimmer was received by the manufacturer, we contacted Abraham at Whitaker and he immediately sent us the correct size. It was a good experience dealing with Whitaker and they were so helpful. They are a great company to do business with.

I called them up to ask about shredder and hard disk destruction. A real person picked up quickly and answered all of my questions. Their prices were fairly competitive, but it was the ease in which I was able to reach a live person that pushed me towards them. I looped back around a week later to make the purchase.

I placed my order on May 15, I did receive the confirmation on time, after 2 weeks I received my tracking number that never worked, rigth know I don't know where my package is, it's been almost a month since I placed my order, I Sent an email 3 days ago asking for my package and I did not get an answer yet

We purchased the the HSM Profipack C400 Cardboard Shredder for our e-commerce business to start using our old cardboard as filler material instead of purchasing paper and foam. It was shipped quick once in stock, communication was great and the products is very high quality. It's quiet and cuts through our double wall cardboard in 16" width easily. The motor doesn't bog down at all. We are estimated we are saving about $350-500 a month in filler. I'd highly recommend to this anyone looking for a similar product.

From order placement to delivery was a smooth transaction. There was some damage on the machine when delivered but Abraham made it easy and simple to take care of. We got a ProfiPack C400 and it is a great little machine for our shop. Highly recommend buying one from this company!

You get a demo on how their machines work and that gives you an idea of if the machine is right for your business. I would highly recommend them.

The folding machine we ordered arrived very quickly and seems to be working well so far. We were supposed to receive a free cleaning kit with our purchase. The manufacturer stopped sending them apparently but Whitaker Brothers stood by the promise and sent us one of their own kits. We are waiting for that to arrive. I hope the folder proves to be as reliable.

$22 plus to ship 2 cans of roller cleaner is pretty expensive. Almost half the cost!!

I received a shredder that I did not order. The top of the shredder was different from what I ordered and the cabinet was not the cabinet I ordered. Abraham Marroquin was AWESOME, he placed a new order for us and we are awaiting the arrival of the shredder. Thank you Abraham for the awesome customer service!!!! Lead time for a shipment was given an unexpected excessively long ship time and there was NO communication concerning this. A call prior to ordering reassured us that the brand of items I wanted was good in stock. We learned of the excessive lead time after making a call to check on delivery over the holiday weekend! The best part of this deal was the customer service person who took my initial call, went out of her way to help us, promised a returned call, and actually called us back.....kudos to her!
