Easy transaction and excellent delivery service. I would like to see when bids are placed the total price including P&P are displayed. This would assist in budgeting when looking at purchasing bottles.

After a coupe of successful deals, they "forgot" to set the reserve on my item which sold 30% below the reserved price. No reasonable solution was offered initially, but after a while a compromise was reached.

Whisky auction are using probably the worst delivery company in the world: Parcelforce. We lost 2 days of work to wait for the delivery in 2 different Fridays but they never came close to our house.Whisky auction got in touch with parcelforce but still no delivery. I asked Whisky auction repeated times for a refund but I only got back 8£ for the delivery charges.Will never buy again from them.

I needed my winnings to be sent to Italy as I was enroute there for holidays. This was done with no dramas. Gemma was more than happy to assist in any request I had. A totally pleasant experience. Excellent customer service. I had one item to sell and had never auctioned whisky online before. I was very impressed by how I was guided through the selling process and how to send my bottle safely. The auction itself was professional and fun to follow. I received payment for the successful sale of my whisky very quickly and a full invoice. From my initial enquiry to sell just one item I received personal emails that were tailored just for me i.e. not auto response. On delivering my item to the depot I met two members of the team and they were helpful and gave me a lot of time. The website / live auction was user-friendly and fun to follow. My sale proceeds were credited to my bank very soon after the sale and were accompanied by a detailed invoice / statement. If I've anything further to sell I would definitely use WA again.
