Good range of products, the commission when you buy something needs to be looked at because I think it's quite expensive when you add commission onto anything you buy, which is unusual for a auction site.

They alerted me to a minor discrepancy in the description of the lot I bought, all sorted fairly and honestly. Bottles delivered quickly and well packaged. They earned my trust. Would recommend.

Great site, I have purchased twice now and delivery is fast, packing is good and communication is perfect. There is choice for all pockets with rare, old and common whisky from £5 to £50000. Filters and search options on the site are easy to use and helpful to find your favourite tipple. Highly recommended

Proficient and quick responses to queries. Had a problem with a bottle being opened in transit and the cost of the bottle and shipping was returned. Emailed and spoke someone on the same day with the cost being returned very quickly. A very varied and expansive selection of not only whiskey but other spirits.

Pay £5 fee for acaunt, bid for bottle to win pay for your win and you will receve your goods p.s. Was very imprest with packing. for packing would give 10 starts! I saw that you can sell your own bottles but did not use this option yet.

Lads, Used the auction for the first time. Watched the YouTube video of the guys story. I was impressed. Auction is simple to use. The charges are very decent. The clock count down adds to the theatre. I won on a bottle what brings back Christmas of old. Highly recommended. Regards Happy Customer.

The service and communications were all great, so is the website. My only problem is with the high commission fee compared to other whisky auction sites. Most are 10 or 12 percent.
