I purchased a W2B 180 unit to replace an existing softener from another manufacturer that had become uneconomical to repair. Very impressed with the information provided by their sales guy Zdenek. Answers to my enquiries were detailed, accurate and to the point. Since placing the order and having installed the unit, I'm really impressed with the softened water condition. It's been in service for approx. 6 months and is truly excellent. Quiet in regeneration mode and very economical on salt usage. There's a numeric countdown on the LCD display that indicates the remaining period before the next regeneration process begins. Regeneration stages and times are also shown on the display when the unit recharges the ion exchange resin to provide a further supply of softened water. I have no hesitation in recommending these softeners, both from pre-order and after sales viewpoints. If you're going to spend money on a softener, you really should be considering one of these!

In order to keep the price lower, they will not tell you that the water softener doesn't come with the hose. Even when you place the order, there is no suggestion to add a hose. I paid express delivery fee. Received the softener without hose. Now I need to place another order only for the hose. Again, express delivery fee. Nice sales strategy!!!

Only just got the water softener and had it installed so I cannot comment on how good it is but I can comment on the installation and the instruction manual which in my opinion is poor. It does not cover whether to use block or tablet salt although the picture intimates that it should be tablet. You have to set up the water softener using the electronic display screen but again no instructions in the instruction manual so I had to google and watch the instructional video that explained the procedure well. I got there in the end but I would urge Water2buy to improve their instruction manual. Test it out on someone like me!

I have had a WB200 for 2 years with no issues. The system provides excellent soft water. During a remodel one of the blanks in the unit went missing (my bad). The part is not available and I was looking at replacing the whole head unit for £50. I called W2B and spoke with Steven F. After a bit of back and forth I sent a picture of the part (there are two on the unit). Steven was super helpful and said he would talk to the team to see if they could pull one from a scrap or return unit and ship it to me. A few days later the part arrived and I’m back up and running. I wish all companies had this level of customer service: set the customers expectations and then deliver to those. Many thanks to Steven and the team!

I paid for an installation approx. 10 days ago, since then all I've been contacted for is to write a review.... They have taken my money, which somehow was taken in US dollars off my card, I have called them on 3 separate occasions each time i'm promised someone would call to organise a visist.. NOTHING!! Completely rubbish... DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE

The guys at Water2Buy are absolutely amazing. The order arrived next day, had to wait for a bit to get the installation done due to COVID-19 and that's understandable. The installation team (Paul) was brilliant, very professional and explained everything. I recommend W2B to anyone needing a softener!

Bought the w2b200 for my flat directly from Water2buy and I got better deal, had the installation done within a month due to the COVID-19 pandemic but I have no words to describe the professionalism and willingness to help from the staff from W2B especially Steven. Softener works like a charm and difference is highly noticeable. Will highly recommend and compare to others its high value for the money.

Bought this water softener from Amazon as we live in a very hard water area (furred kettles and blocked shower heads) Deliverd within 2 days and Plumber was able to install next day This really makes a difference to our water, family very impressed when taking showers, even though follically challenged even I can appreciate the difference in the water hitting my bald pate! The set up procedure in the manual is very easy to understand and so important when you first set up Well explained in video Early days but I am looking forward to not having to de-limescale shower heads

Brilliant company to buy a water softener from. The sales/support department is the best I have ever dealt with. I had a problem with my softener after a power surge fried the control board. Water2buy sent me a new board without any arguments and when this didn't fix my problem they sent me a complete new head assembly. I now have a working softener

Purchased a Water2Buy RO500 non pumped water filtration unit delivery was fast. Easily installed following prinetd instructions but watched the video on youtube first to see any wrinkles etc, after instalation had a small leak from the top of one of the cannisters, called their number showed them the leak via video call. immediate response new O ring set sent by overnight courier, since then no problems, had follow up email a week after asking if the problems had been resolved, recently requested a replacement taste filter after checking with Steve on messsenger that I had the correct one sent out by Fed Ex 48 hour service. excellent customer service exceeded expectations at every step, filter works very well no odour or after taste from the water, very good value for money would reccomend any day

I've got: - W2B200 Water Softener - Reverse Osmosis Nonpumped RO500 They both work excellently - very good value for money! I've had to ask for help on the online chat a couple of times - always received very good advice If I were to suggest any improvements: - I'm not a fan of the screw-in-junction (would be good if the Reverse Osmosis unit came with a proper t-piece - These two units complement each other - the reverse osmosis unit for drinking water, the water softener for everything else - would be good to see them sold as a bundle I'd like: - It would be good to see both units enhanced to have smart home capability so that you can monitor performance / control schedules / monitor filter and salt levels "live"

Great water softener, very easy to install. Noticed the difference straightaway, only have to use small amounts of shampoo etc. My only recommendation would be to include a water hardness test with it. It took us a little while to get it right, but now we are very pleased with it.

Ho acquistato l'addolcitore W2B700 e dopo un paio di mesi la vasca del sale si riempie in continuazione ad agni ciclo, ho fatto tutto quello che è spiegato nel libretto di istruzioni, ma il problema permane. E' possibile avere una risposta esauriente dal costruttore e non da clienti Amazon, Grazie
