I've had an RO unit from W2B for a few years and have enjoyed excellent, clean water for my family and marine aquarium. Whenever I've had an issue, Steven has always gone the extra mile to make sure I was happy, even sending out a brand new system when our attempts to track down a problem became too complicated. Their prices are good, the products are great, but the dedication to customer satisfaction is remarkable.

Just installed my W2B 800 and it is working very well. Have had need to call customer service on three occasions to order longer pipes and different fittings and each time the response has been second to none. I would recommend this company.

WOW’ if I could hire a band to play and sing the praises of Steven and Water2buy I would. Being close to 80 and spending 30 odd years in the army plus running my own business my experience is pretty good. Living in France how could I expect between Oct and now we would exchange 22 emails and numerous phone calls to sort out a problem? These resulted in a new valve unit being sent which I fitted today ( with Steves help) after early delivery by FedEx at no cost!! I bought the water softener Water2buy800. Besides the great quality and features that this product offers at a very reasonable price (comparable products from other vendors cost at least twice), I had the most pleasant customer service experience ever. This is a review of Water2Buy customer service. I ordered the 800 water softener unit which comes with 1 inch fittings, unfortunately the exisiting pipework is 3/4". When I called the customer helpline, it was busy so I left a message for them to call back. Steve from Water2Buy called within the half-hour and I explained the problem. Nothing was too much trouble, he said he would immediately mail the 3/4" fittings with next-day delivery. Awesome.

I have edited this review because Steven at Water2Buy has pulled out all the stops to make me a happy customer. He has dealt with all of the problems, ensuring that all of the team at W2B are aware of what went wrong and taken steps to ensure that it can never happen again. In addition, he has, by way of an apology, given me a part refund on my order and added my telephone number to his personal mobile so that I can contact him at any time. In conclusion, I now have faith that W2B will give me a good service going forward. I would add that the W2B softener now installed, is much better than my previous softener and that my wife is pleased with it as it is much neater. I checked several alternatives before buying and would say that this softener is excellent value. So, I would now recommend Water2Buy.

After conducting internet research of the water softener products on offer I decided to purchase a unit from Water2buy to replace an old softener which sprung a major leak. The new softener was selling at a good price and was delivered quickly, the installation was simple and trouble free as was the set up routine. This my first purchase from Water2buy which has been a very pleasant experience, the product is working well and the after sales service from Steve is excellent.

I have been using my Water2Buy600 RO for 3 months now and very happy with the service received from Water2buy and the quality of water. Great taste - we stopped buying bottled water. It gives great taste to coffees and teas and I wish I would have bough this before. Easy to install, youtube videos from company helps a lot. It had a slight leak from the beginning and pressure sensor issue but they sent me replacement parts which sort the problem ever since. Excellent service and the quality of water. Highly recommended!

I rang Steven Forde on the customer service number found on the Internet and informed Water2buy of the issue I was having. Steven informed me that he would replace the unit as it was covered by the warranty and also talked me through how to replace the old unit with the new one. Once I had replaced the unit and all was working again I rang Steven who has action collection of the old unit to recondition. This to me was extremely good customer service no argument replacement free of charge as I had been using the Water Softener for over 3 Years with no issue a problem that I experienced was resolved. I fitted my new AS200 water softener all as the instructions and it was so simple, but I could not get the regeneration program to start, so emailed the company within 10 minutes they phoned me back we went through the program instructions over the phone and all was sorted GREAT SERVICE now have really soft water

Well made unit i sell these in my health shop and this unit is as good as i have sold very easy to follow install instruction

Have now about 2 months work very well 10 out of 10

quickly and contained everything I needed to replace the 4 main filter units (but not the membrane, which only needs replacing every two years). The included instructions were fine, but the website also has videos which are great for giving you the confidence to get everything right first time (which is a real plus when dealing with plumbing!) The changeover was straightforward and relatively quick, and my system is now producing RO water like it did when first installed in 2015.

I have been using my Water2Buy200 for 3 weeks now and cannot believe the "instant" transformation it has made to the quality of my water. My original water test prior to fitting read 250 plus and after installation and a short runoff read 40 and less, that's wonderful. I had fantastic help from (Steven) at water2buy, never phased by any of my silly questions. He was quite happy to talk to me and advise during my installation, a truly wonderful company to do business with. If you have any doubts or concerns don't keep it to yourself E-mail and they will get back to you almost instantly and talk you through all your fears and concerns. Any regrets ! YES , I regret not doing this 20 years ago. P.S. don't know if it was because it was my birthday last week but I received a complimentary drinking water filter and tap, superb, the icing on the cake.
