Was very happy with the process. My blue Omega seamaster 300 Watch is gorgeous and the custom sizing was spot on. I used the bank transfer option which admittedly left me nervous since I never sent that amount of money before but the answered every email super fast and put any anxieties at ease. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

These mogs just tried to scame me out some Gucci frames and I got real ones they sent some with the lenses that say Guccip on errrrthang I love they going back...Dont none of my lenses say no Guccip stop it ...never again

Very pleased with the purchasing experience. I was a little nervous purchasing from WM because the retail price was well below price of authorized retailers. The watch arrived brand new in box with all the accessories and materials. Therefore I am very satisfied! I was also impressed that next day shipping was only $25!

The watch was exactly what I ordered and the price was the best price I could find. I leave out one star only because I was given the option to have the item gift wrapped so I selected that option only to have the item not arrived gift wrapped. Perhaps don't even offer gift wrapping as it will just increase customer expectations. I would absolutely buy from WatchMaxx again though; please note that everything else about the transaction went well and that the 5th star was theirs to lose.

Delivery by UPS was problematic. Had to wait for delivery due to signature requirement. UPS did not ring the doorbell upon delivery.

Was initially disappointed. Bought an expensive new watch that arrived with scratches on the case back. It was delivered with no plastic to protect the watch back or face, no plastic around key parts of the bracelet. Not what I would have expected for a new watch. I took photos immediately and contacted Watchmaxx by phone and email (with photos). They reviewed their photos/videos and compared with mine. Within 1 day they responded and approved a replacement. The replacement was delivered within a week after I shipped the first watch. The replacement was in perfect condition, nicely protected. The entire process and transaction was smooth. Will be purchasing more watches from Watchmaxx.

This Tissot auto watch is really good looking for the reasonable price I paid ... compared to my more expensive Tag Heuer Formula 1 auto watch. I will surely recommend for my friends to buy this Tissot auto watch.

Took four (4) to just process the order before it shipped and subpar shipper (Fedex) took over two (2) weeks to deliver.
