I made a purchase on this page, a quite expensive watch, I also paid 30 dollars for the order to arrive the next day it was ordered, well, today would be the day (it's 3:00pm) and they haven't even sent it yet I needed it for today since I have a trip tomorrow morning, that's why I need it for today, never buy on this page, and they don't respond to emails. Rude and Untrustworthy Bizarre and unreliable watch dealer. Kind of like gas station sushi in Nebraska. High risk Bought a few watches from them. Years later sold two of them. One was fine but the other had fake papers. That watch was an investment piece, now an old discontinued Omega Speedy, got the awful news from multiple dealers.

Was looking for several weeks for this particular Victorinox watch as it was sold out at the manufacturer as well as many online retailers. WatchMaxx had it in stock at the best price I had seen. Received my watch in 1 day which I thought was unbelievable!!! I received a genuine, brand new watch in all original packaging at a really good price. Could not have been happier with my purchase.

They are a really shady 3rd party with the worst customer service and business hours ever. They ONLY work Mon-Fri 9-5pm -- lol . And they dont send you confirmation emails. When you ask them, they deflect and make it seem like its your problem. I spent 2 k and after dealing with their BS for 24 hours, cancelled my order. They dont even STOCK the items they sell!!1
