best service ever i had

i purchased a tag heuer automatic from watchmaxx and it is a genuine watch without any visible flaws or problems. it functions correctly so far and is comfortable to wear. watchmaxx responded to my questions about the watch and warranty policies and corrected inaccurate info. on their site. the UPS shipping was fast, the package arrived early

Don’t recommend this site bought a movado watch came in scratch it was too small couldn’t even put it on call costumer service for an exchange they were rude people like that should not be working on costumer service she said was going to send me an email to follow the steps for an exchange until this day haven’t get the email won’t buy on this site ever again 👎

I had not heard of this company prior to my purchase. I must admit I was a little hesitant due to the fact I was spending over $4000. I was pleasantly surprised with the whole transaction, the reviews are real. I will purchase from Watchmaxx again without hesitation.

I bought a Bulova Precisionist watch from Watchmaxx and I was impressed with their services. The watch appears excellent and it was delivered on time. I will wait to see how long it lasts. Overall, an excellent company to deal with.

The watch was as described and in perfect working condition. The preparation for delivery was terrible based on estimated shipping timeline. Shipping was accurate, however, two day shipping is pointless if it takes a week to send to shipping.

Love my new tissot heritage. Watchmax was about $500 less thaan any body else.I ordered this watch on Monday 6/7 2021 at about 7;30 pm and chose standard free shipping.My watcharrived today 6/10 at lunchtime. Could not ask for better service. I would definately purchase more watches from watchmax. Keep up the good work

Hi there, All was fine until my order arrived to the country of destination (Bulgaria) where UPS does not have an official office but use a local sub contractor named "In Time" where nothing was on time ! It took them about 10 days to calculate due customs and VAT, something that usually takes me a day when receiving goods from the USA via DHL. Thanks Live long and prosper Alan Awad - Bulgaria

The watch was received in perfect condition in a reasonable amount of time. Nearly all the watches I've ever owned have been waterproof (resistant), The ones I have now are - except for this new one just received. I guess I needed a more prevalent/obvious alert to the fact that you cannot swim with a 3 bar! Thought about returning it, but no, this watch is beautiful. (Seiko 5 Automatic, Blue Dial)

No customer service. After receiving payment, Watchmaxx took six days before shipping my purchase. They never responded to two e-mail inquiries, and were dismissive when I called to ask. I would not buy from them again. They lost me as a future customer.

First Was extremely excited to get my Tag Heuer watch I’ve been saving for the last 2 years. Upon opening the box I saw it and immediately started to wind it. It didn’t work. I revised direction again and tried to find out why it wasn’t working. After a few minutes doing that I realized I was sold a broken watch. After paying $3200 this is very frustrating. I’m reaching out to WachMaxx and get no answer. I’m thinking I made a bad decision buying through Watchmaxx. I should of went to a local retailer. Now I will have to spend the next 4 days waiting for them to get back to me and trying to explain what happen when they sent me a broken watch out of the box. This will undoubtedly result with more money out of my pocket to send back and fix or get a new one. What an experience. Matchmaxx ended up exchanging my watch and working with me on an upgrade. Very happy. Thanks
