charged me for a month with no service then refused to refund _____________ Company has since replied on trustpilot with incorrect information. This is the full scale of the service received: WM have charged me for services provided from 3rd Jan. At this point the bins weren't even delivered. Later that week the bins were delivered but not collected. Not because of an issue with access to my property, but because Biffa went to another property on the other side of the road. WM then told me they couldn't actually commit to the initial collection schedule that they had guaranteed so asked to deliver more bins and do 1 collection per week (instead of the 2 we had initially agreed). So I had to wait again for more bins to be delivered & find more storage for them. Now a month on WM have managed to successfully collect all the bins on the agreed dates. Frustrating that it took going on to a public forum to get a reply as I raised this 3 times already with their customer service.

Update - Despite stating someone would contact me today 7/2/25 you have failed to do so! Absolutely awful company to deal with. They sell you a service that is never fulfilled and fail to rectify their incompetence blaming the suppliers. Promises after promises are made but never upheld. Stay well clear

Bin was delivered early on within the 10day time span, which was great, but was meant to have been notified when that was going to be but gladly this wasn't a problem.
