i wouldnt of left any star if i could of.... been with this company for many years however i no longer need a bin as my landlord supplies them for us. my contract auto renews every January so I called them, in January to cancel. other than my landlord supplying bins they didn't collect my bin for over a month and still haven't.!!!!! i then receive a phone call from them saying my contract auto renews and if i want to cancel it will cost me £390. they then went on to gently threaten me about environmental health and so on and so forth if i don't have bin collections. I've now read the contract thoroughly and it basically states that they can do what they want and i still have to pay. my advice to anyone is read the contract and do not sign unless your 100% happy
After contacting customer services and supplying photos of where our bins are kept, she contacted the waste collector and with the photos they supplied it could be seen they were at units 20-23 not D1-D3 where they should have collected from. She arranged a van to collect our waste within 2 days and also supplied the waste collector with further instructions to collect going forward.

1.You delayed bin delivery by over 2 weeks 2.The bin that you then dropped without my knowledge and never dropped me the keys 3. The bin was filthy and stunk like a rotten mice in there 4. After requesting a bin nearly 4 weeks ago I still am left with my rubbish indoors. 5. you tried to take money from the account I trusted you with and it's stealing
