Have been speaking to Kieron at waste management about setting up a 600+ litre bin for a new venture. He has been extremely helpful and very nice to deal with. Very clear in his explanations. Nice guy in general. Would recommend using this company any day.

What went wrong this time implies that sometimes they do pick up the bin on day they say! We've had everything from week late to turning up Friday then Monday (obvs empty bin) on our fortnightly service! We feel waste managed mid led us with there firm name. Waste unmanaged would at least describe the service you will receive

Never really know when bins are going to be emptied. No real communication with customers. Always having to chase for answers. Generally get sorted eventually, but only because we push them to do so.
