AVOID AT ALL COSTS Unfortunately I had such a horrific experience that I have decided to leave such a bad review. Paid continuous to have no one turn up for my collections, month on end. I was told someone was looking into it but never did. I was offered £600 in credits for all the missed collections over the year if I renewed with them. But the issue was they changed my supplier and gave the wrong address that no one flagged for several months. Just a huge headache and I’m amidst starting court proceedings for the recovery of money I paid. I was passed from pillar to post as they just wanted my money. Had 2 great customers services pick up my case but by the end of it I just wanted it to end. I spend over 84 hours in total in calls, emails on hold and chasing these up and counting and documenting. I’ve kept this very brief but HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE AND WOUND NEVER RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE AT ALL

Hands down the worst company when it comes to collecting waste. I used this company a few years ago and had so many issues with non collections, partial collection and no help whatsoever from customer services despite raising many complaints and paying up front in full for their services, of which I got a full refund for. I decided to give them a second chance and not only have I been faced with the same issues I’ve been facing numerous accounts of falsified signatures saying collections have happened which haven’t as I have CCTV in my clinic or the clinic was closed on the days they claim to have collected the waste. Despite once again paying upfront for one collection over three months ago I’m still receiving the same emails that they aren’t waiting for the depot to confirm when they can collect the waste. An absolute shambles of a company who have the worst customer service, lack of care for their paying clients and clearly don’t communicate within their own team about customer accounts which end up in me being sent debt threats, despite my account being cancelled and balance zero. I’m still receiving monthly invoices and being fobbed off continuously as to when my pre paid collection will actually take place. Which I doubt will and have sought a lawyer to recover the prepaid money as well as bill Wasteland Managed for the countless hours of wasted time they have cost me in lost revenue while trying to sort out something as simple as a waste collection. Please do not even consider this company for your waste collection.
Awful!!!! In fact worse than awful!!! Started a contract for waste. Waited and waited for bin to be delivered!! No bin!!! Was given a date, that passed and went.. Was given another date and still no bin. I have sent numerous messages and no reply. They are awful when it comes to customer contact and care. Have cancelled direct debit and will await them to try and persue me for their charges even though they have provided me with nothing. Stay well clear, they are all nice when signing you up but after that they couldn’t care less.

: Extremely Disappointed I’ve had a terrible experience with waste managed]. My contract clearly states that bins will be collected three times a week, yet my bins have been left uncollected for over seven days. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, no resolution was provided, leaving me no choice but to pay an external company £180 + VAT to remove the overflowing waste. This is unacceptable service, especially considering the cost of the contract. I strongly advise others to reconsider using this company unless they improve their reliability and customer service.BP069779
