We are very satisfied with the electronic bidet toilet seat. It was delivered exactly on the promised day and time. For personal reasons we have for a good number years acquired these type of seats from abroad. We are really impressed with the qualities of this Washloo product. The toilet lid exactly fits on our bowl and the heated seat is very comfortable. The operation panel is easily understood and operates promptly. We are very happy to recommend this quality product. Excellent UK based company with a comprehensive website. They're really helpful and when i spoke to them on the phone they guided me so that I got exactly what i needed at a great price. Delivery was exceptional, I ordered late on Friday afternoon and the complete toilet arrived on the following Wednesday morning to be fitted by the plumber. The seat came with a clear instruction book and quality fittings so it was fitted straight away. Overall the toilet and seat are great quality and easy to use. Highly recommended 🙂

Not only are the Washloo seats of excellent quality but the service both before and also after sale is absolutely excellent. Several years ago, before we had found Washloo, we bought a similar product and after a while it broke, but the manufacturers were totally disinterested in supplying any replacement parts or helping in any way. Not so with Washloo. They were extremely obliging and helpful, in supplying parts and technical advice on an old Washloo seat owned by a friend. On the strength of that we recommended a disabled friend to install a Washloo and the pre sale advice we received was immensely helpful as was the post sale technical advice. He said it "transformed his life". Since then we have bought more and the service has been consistently excellent. Thank you very much. Easily installed and exceeded expectaions. Reqires a check valve. It is quiet, comfortable and efficient. My disabled wife finds it a boon in the night. The kacj i f a cistern creates a spacious feel for the bathroom. Can't wait to replace our other toilet with another Washloo...

Excellent customer service, the newly purchased Washloo had a fault which was reported to the supplier. They immediately sent a replacement and waited until the faulty one was taken out before arranging to collect it. This is the second Washloo that we have purchased and are very happy with the performance of both.

Every home should have one. I expect it will add to the electricity bill though. But worth it.

Excellent responses from Washloo from first contact. Everything was quickly sorted out and due to their extremely helpful attitude the bidet seat arrived on site ahead of schedule. The item has been installed and is operating most satisfactorily.

Had lots of useful advice from all three staff members when trying to find the most practical and economic solution for three units. Fitted first toilet seat then ordered and fitted a replacement pan with Washloo seat. Very happy with all the help to get a sensible solution and Very pleased with the product Thank you

I have IBS so this loo seat is proving beneficial although I’m still getting used to it, finding the dryer a bit of a problem, but that’s probably because I haven’t set it properly. The quality of the plastic used for the seat could be better, the lid seems more robust and would have preferred the seat to be of the same quality. The person who answered the telephone and took my order was very helpful and pleasant to deal with, can’t remember her name but many thanks. Delivery was prompt, our plumber had some issues with fitting but after some thought found a solution, so all was well. Thanks to all at Washloo

We use Washloo in our house, we think they are fantastic for the cleanliness that it gives you. In winter you have a warm seat if you want, no more sitting on your hands 🤭. We think they are so good that we have brought our daughter and son one for their homes. they are a little bit pricey but well worth the money, in fact we wouldn't be without our’s. My husband is handy so he fitted them but if you are not then suggest you get a plumber to fit them

Alex and his colleague went over and above our expectations in sorting out the issues with our installation- even driving for a round trip of 7 hours to identify the root cause of the problem (a sub standard walk in bath installation that had illegally used non mains water for the sink and toilet with a resulting lack of water pressure!!). Great professional service that I would recommend to anyone.
