From start to finish, Washloo were extremely helpful advising us on the best model to choose and delivery was extremely rapid. Having now had a chance to use it for a few weeks, we can say we think it's absolutely wonderful, does everything it says and we can't now imagine being without it! We moved from a house where we had a bidet, but there was no room for one in our new home so we decided on the Washloo instead, but in fact, we find it much better and easier to use than a bidet. We can highly recommend Washloo.

Very helpful, expert, made in the EU to EU standards, well priced: everything you might want frlom a UK provider. We'll be back for our next Washloo.

Very pleased with our purchase. Bought for my elderly mother 97 who lives with us. She is now fresh as a daisy, she can operate on her own and really helps us with her daily hygiene.

I have had a Washloo product for some time and very happy with it as well, however this is not what I was coming on to say in my review, I recently had broken a small flap that hinges up when the jets come out to play. I looked on the Washloo site for replacement parts to buy but couldn't see anything so wrote an email asking if they sell such things, by return in 1st class post came a new part free of charge. First class customer service top marks from me.

Delivered very quickly and well packaged. Great communications and helpful advice given on this affordable electronic bidet. The product is of good quality and is very beneficial to us in our later years. Can’t imagine doing without the Washloo experience and would recommend it to anyone who is contemplating having this kind of product in their home

WashLoo Omega R (Japanese type bidet) Surprised, if not pretty stunned! by WashLoo’s delivery efficiency. Ordered the one day, item was delivered the next day. The WashLoo itself was very easy to fit. However, depending on the configuration of your water and electricity supply will determine the overall installation difficulty to do so. Another anomaly I found was a phone number was not readily available on the literature and I had to search for it on the internet. After phoning customer services I found them to be very polite, helpful and patient with my ignorance concerning the various functions the WashLoo performed. Obviously only time will tell concerning it’s longevity of service as it has only been installed a few weeks ago! I am speaking as a man insofar as it’s performance goes as the ladies seem rather reluctant or embarrassed to state their experience. But I am pretty happy with it! As to its cost, it does raise eyebrows because for what you see it is quite pricey.

Washloo is a toilet seat that converts a normal toilet into a combined toilet and bidet. In these days of bijoux loos, it is an idea whose time has come. For me it does a great job reliably and predictably. Everyone should have one. I recommend it without reservation. As if that were not enough, the service on the phone is prompt, friendly and helpful.. These days that is getting close to unique.

Where do I start to say what a wonderful company to deal with . We contemplated if to buy one of these Japanese Type toilets. My husband had bowel cancer a few years ago and struggled . After reading other reviews on another company we decided to ring Washloo to see if the one we had was in stock . Within 2hrs we had it delivered ( living within 30mins away ) . My husband fitted it but we found the flush wasn’t as strong as it should be ,due to our water pressure. We rang Washloo and yet again they were here with the hr with what we needed . I cannot thank the 2 lads enough. We love our new toilet . I would and have recommended this company .
