The company were so helpful and gave me lots of useful advice so that I could make a decision on a purchase and it saved my buying a new toilet. I also saved a bit of money as my disability meant my purchase was VAT free. The website has been done well as it explains how to know what shape of toilet seat you have and how to measure to ensure that it will fit. Originally wanted a heated toilet seat due to suffering from Rheumatoid and Osteoarthritis, but quickly discovered that that was not possible. Having had the seat installed for just over a month, I am really pleased with the toilet seat, as the other functions are great I have used them all and found my favourites. Ideal having the remote so that you don't need to reach down to the side buttons which for me would be more difficult. No problems so far and I am so glad I purchased this from Washloo they were competitive in price with a longer warranty then other companies. They made the whole experience very easy and their delivery was very quick.

We loved the Japanese Bidet Heated Toilet Seat. We installed it ourselves. Absolutely in love with it. Had that experience in Japan recently and when we came home, we had to have one and found this. Highly recommended product!!

Customer saw an advert in the National papers and asked me to look into this so found you on goggle and had a good experience purchasing it and was so easy to install. Customer is so so pleased with it and had made life more pleasant for her.

I needed to make some non-standard adjustments to the Levitate loo and asked Washloo staff if this was possible. They took their sample of the whole thing apart to work out how to do this and sent me detailed instructions and annotated photos. The best customer service I’ve had for a very long time. A very straight forward purchase, any queries addressed and best of all the product arrived as stated. The whole process was issue free. The product itself was for my father who has lost the use of his upper arms due to a serious fall, this has made life so much easier for all concerned. I do however make him sit through 3 cycles to make sure nothing slips past, as I've found a few times when I've used it. I would definitely recommend this to anyone, build quality isn't bad either.

I am loving my Washloo and it has become quite a talking point when people visit my new house, especially my grandchildren!

The Washloo toilet seat has worked without any hitch. The female front washing also works for circumcised men. However, men with a foreskin must still use another way for cleaning their front bits.

Easy to fit, works great and was the best choice on the market at the time of doing my research.

I’m so pleased with my new Classic Bidet seat and to feel so clean, plus a big saving on toilet paper. Washloo have been brilliant and so very helpful. I thought I didn’t have the instructions and they sent me a new one, the very next day, but it was me, I had put it on the bathroom window, ready for the plumber and didn’t see it, so apologies to Washloo! I highly recommend Washloo and the Bidet seat.
