Wonderful product. It arrived the day after ordering. We had it fitted by a plumber friend but could probably have done it ourselves. It is simple to use and makes my life with severe shoulder arthritis much easier. I wouldn't be without it now

Service and delivery as arranged were very good. However in my case, the toilet and washloo were delivered late afternoon on a pallet and I was left to dismantle it myself as I could not leave it out in the rain overnight. As I ordered the washloo due to disability this was very difficult for me and not satisfactory. I knew it would be on a pallet but assumed it would be unpacked for me so the pieces could be put inside. I think you should make this clear and/or deliver it earlier so that it can be unpacked gradually before dark.

Excellent pre-sale customer service, could not have been more helpful. All was delivered as arranged and in good condition. Have not installed yet so cannot review performance of loo!

The delivery was flawless, exactly as described. The quality of the products is good. The loo is good but . . . if you think as I did that everything 'down there' will be like a new pin afterwards, you may be a little disappointed as you do need additional work to ensure the best level of cleanliness AND dryness. That said I still like it but would not buy another one.

Very good service regarding ordering and delivery of Washloo just make sure your water pressure is adequate or the bidet part of toilet will be basically useless.

We are delighted of our upgraded Washloo purchased recently. We discovered so many improvements: there is no longer need to wait to start the operation, the water is warm nearly instantly, the remote control is responding very well. Very impressed with all the functions and the look of the loo . Much more impressive in all respects than I had expected. It is quiet in operation, which is good when used during the night as is the blue light which saves putting the lights on.
