My wife and I have been using a Washloo for around 5 months. Despite water pressure checks a visit from Washloo,trying a diffetrent nozzle and helpful interaction with Washloo by e mail the product still does not clean either myself or my wife to the standard other reviewers seem to experience. My wife is disabled and requires my assistance so I was hopeful this would be a significant help but it is not. Sadly although some help not the return on the investment we were hoping for. Update 14/03/23 Whilst I appreciate Washloo may be upset with a two star review the correspondence they have noted is not the full story. Subsequent to the more positive comments I made I sent an e mail which stated "Whilst my wife may struggle with ensuring the jet is targeted correctly I do not and I am simply not always clean at the end of the wash cycle. Whilst I will check the filters, if I must clean them every month again the unit would not meet my expectations." I am sure the system is admired by many but not by me and that is reflected in my review.
I now have four Washloos in my house! The product is really good and the company helpful and really helpful. I wish everyone and everywhere had these wash loos. Highly recommend both them and the company.

Whoever was on the other end when I called was very helpful (and kind) I explained why I was looking for a Smart toilet and we talked through model options. Ordered there and then, she even helped me through the process for VAT exclusion. Arrived within 3 days. Early!!
Japanese toilets are the future. I'd never go back. I've been using the Washloo Ultra VR for a couple of months now and still really appreciate it. For general queries & installation advice, the service that Washloo offers is second to none. I recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a Japanese toilet.

Thank you Karen and Oliver for your excellent customer service - you were extremely patient with me and answered all of my many questions. Connecting to mains water was crucial and the Washloo is now working well. This is our second "smart toilet" - the Washloo is a good value product. Thank you again.
Really pleased with it to be honest. It came with the wrong setting for the uk so the flush would not do much? After speaking to the guys at Washloo they explained what was required and job was sorted. The controls are easy and to be honest...should have gone for one beforehand. Great product

We had been looking for an electric bidet for a few months and found only a small number available in the UK especially if you are looking for a complete unit and not just a seat. We wanted a floor standing model and preferably tankless. The washloo co had what we were looking for so just before Christmas we ordered the Premier all in one bidet. The people at washloo are excellent pleasant and very helpful even to the point that over the Christmas period although they were closed still picked up and answered my emails now that is customer service. As for the bidet itself, well it is something that we wish we had purchased years ago. Couple of little things to mention is the high setting on the seat and dryer are quite warm/hot and the outer or toilet lid could have been maybe made a little bit more substantial, . Overall it's a good bit of kit backed up by great customer service.
Washloo bidet seat delivered less than 24 hrs after ordering even though it was only a few days before Xmas. Well done Washloo and DHL. Excellent communication between all parties.
