We have helped tens of thousands of people to better manage their energy use and live warmer, happier, healthier lives. We were founded in 2015 as a joint venture partnership between Energy Saving Trust, Changeworks and Everwarm. Since then, we have supported more than 35,000 households in Scotland as the Managing Agent of the Scottish Government’s national fuel poverty scheme, Warmer Homes Scotland. We have continued to expand our work, taking on new contracts and building our presence across the UK. We now have more than 100 members of staff based at our offices in Edinburgh, London, Newcastle, Kirkwall and Stornoway. Had a boiler and radiators put in excellent service from start to finish
It took 3-4 visits to get to the bottom of my plumbing but everything seems done now but I needed to have a pump installed that I didn't need before
Didn’t like a huge pipe being fitted to my outside wall without being pre warned. Also a door taken off its hinges & not put back on.
Friendly, helpful staff giving good advice. Inspection was undertaken in a professional and thorough manner by a very helpful gentleman. Further to the initial visit we then had a technical visit which was used to base the offer of solar panels, battery storage and new hot water tank. At all times we were kept informed and are delighted to have new solar panels etc.

The installers were very efficient and courteous. The finished job is of a high standard and we are both delighted,our home is very cosy especially in this colder spell.
Workers very polite and professional and cleared everything when finished. Everything was done to a very high standard. Could not praise them enough.
Good communication througout. The man that came to asses our house was thorough but explained what he needed, why and what may be available to us. Instal was carried out quickly by an outside company. We had a fault on our boiler after a month and although we spoke to several people, ended up replacing the item ourselves as we didnt hear from anyone after the initial fault was identified. That was the only negative thing.

Excellent service from start to finish. Updated each step of the way. All communications whether face to face or on telephone carried out impeccably.
