Work done was professional, unfortunately there was an issue with original inspection that wasn’t explained at the time

Once applied for the scheme WarmWorks took over everything. All we had to do was choose the doors we wanted. Workmanship from their trades was great.

The work was carried out in my mum's house and I met most of the trades that carried out the work. From start to finish, the whole process was speedy and very professionally carried out. I wish local tradesmen could be half as efficient. Phone calls or emails started each part of the process, and the dates and timings were adhered to as per the calls. Each of tradesmen carried out the jobs to a great standard, neat, tidy and a full explanation of the work carried out. The whole process was brilliantly handled. I know the review sounds over the top, but believe me, the whole team deserve all the praise given. Thank you so much.

From the first phone call I made to the last I found the company extremely helpful! They kept in contact almost daily with emails informing me of what was expected when work was being done. Everyone was so polite & professional. No questions I asked were left unanswered.

We had a meeting with a rep from warmworks who was very informative and helpful on what flooring and how much had to be lifted. We chose were our new heaters were to be placed and later on agreed to starting date. The workers came in on Monday 11th November 24, that day the heaters, boiler and fire alarms were fitted (in one day) there was No Mess whatsoever, the heaters, fire alarms and boiler looked great. We could not have wished for a better service. On Friday 15th November we had arranged through a phone call for the inspector to visit and check everything was to the aporopriate standard: he was very happy with the standard of work and the efficiency of heating system and asked how we felt. We feel we have had a very good experience and treated with courtesy and respect the whole way through.

I phoned Warmworks to find out if I was eligible to receive assistance to make my property warmer & more economic to heat. I was informed immediately that I qualified. From that first contact, I was supported through the whole process. I was consulted about my needs & all appointments were arranged for times when I was available. Everything was clearly explained. My needs were taken into account at every stage & all personnel were professional, friendly & knowledgeable. My new heating system was installed in less than a day with minimum disruption, barely noticeable damage to decor (only where smaller radiators installed) & no damage whatsoever to carpets, vinyl or tiled flooring. I am extremely thankful for my new system, the respectful way I was treated & how quickly it was all completed. It was fully funded which was a huge financial help to me (thanks Scottish Govt) & checked/inspected after a couple of weeks. The inspector made sure I understood how to use the system most efficiently & suggested additional, inexpensive, heat-saving measures which I have already acted on. I also have the reassurance of support for the first year, including servicing. I cannot praise Warmworks enough for making this fantastic initiative a stress free experience from beginning to end.

After a long wait and a few more holdups the work was completed by very professional tradesmen. Let's hope the improvements help with heating costs and the loss of winter fuel payment. Thanks warmer homes.

I had a really poor experience due to the fact that I was not provided with the correct information to make an informed decision and was unaware of the extent of the work being carried out and the impact it would have on my home and the financial costs to me. There were ongoing issues with the contractor that carried out the installation work. After raising a complaint with Warmworks I got a response saying they agreed they should have been more transparent regarding the impact the works will have on your home and they are making changes to their procedures, but no offer of compensation to make things right! Complete waste of time on no regard for customers, this is clearly a money making scheme between warmworks and their contractors with little regard for unsuspecting customers. Beware

This was a quick and easy process assisted by an efficient and pedantic administration and fitting team. I am unable to identify any downside to this experience.
