Warmworks is committed to providing affordable warmth to homes, families and communities across the country. We have helped tens of thousands of people to better manage their energy use and live warmer, happier, healthier lives. We were founded in 2015 as a joint venture partnership between Energy Saving Trust, Changeworks and Everwarm. Since then, we have supported more than 35,000 households in Scotland as the Managing Agent of the Scottish Government’s national fuel poverty scheme, Warmer Homes Scotland. We have continued to expand our work, taking on new contracts and building our presence across the UK. We now have more than 100 members of staff based at our offices in Edinburgh, London, Newcastle, Kirkwall and Stornoway. What made this company excellent was that they carried all the work as they said it would be done. Engineer kept all work that had to be done very organised and minimum disturbance. Cleaned up when job was finished.

This is the response to my review , I understand our Customer Service Team has been in touch with you, and will continue to liaise with you directly to resolve any outstanding concerns.LIARS they have never been in touch with me to resolve any concerns I have a 6 inch by 6 inch hole in my floor which has not been repaired i still have a bogus EPC done by them so don’t trust this company of liars and they have allowed Kirsty Edinburgh to get away with lying to a customer and not one apology
