Warmworks is committed to providing affordable warmth to homes, families and communities across the country. We have helped tens of thousands of people to better manage their energy use and live warmer, happier, healthier lives. We were founded in 2015 as a joint venture partnership between Energy Saving Trust, Changeworks and Everwarm. Since then, we have supported more than 35,000 households in Scotland as the Managing Agent of the Scottish Government’s national fuel poverty scheme, Warmer Homes Scotland. We have continued to expand our work, taking on new contracts and building our presence across the UK. We now have more than 100 members of staff based at our offices in Edinburgh, London, Newcastle, Kirkwall and Stornoway. The work was done quickly and tidied up well afterwards. The engineers were courteous and helpful. We are now lovely and warm.

I live in Australia and have been trying to help my 86 and 89 year old parents get their home at St Fillans more energy efficient. The team at Warmworks have been exceptional in their assistance. Whether over the phone, by email or in person with the surveyors and subsequent tradespeople, their has been such a positive ‘can do’ attitude. We felt as though everyone was on our side with our best intentions at heart. The refitting of the home aside, they have also shown great consideration to my parents and their health situation and personal needs. A 100% great effort all round. Thank you. You have taken a huge worry off both my parents and myself. Shout out to all the tradies involved. Fantastic job, tidy workplace and all done with respect to mum and dad. Love you.
Warmworks gave me a complete new heating system and Dalex company installed the system in one day and the work was left clean and tidy, after the installation the worker showed me how to operate it
Communication from the start of the process was very good and also was very easy to get in touch with people if you have any questions.
Excellent, prompt and efficient service by pleasant, knowledgeable and hardworking technicians. The boiler/ radiators/ pipes fitted were of a high quality and standard and the job was completed in good time and in a clean manner. We are very satisfied with the work carried out. Would recommend this company.
The inspector arrived on time and explained what he was here to do and I showed him where everything was and just left him to it.
We left the house with an ancient boiler and radiators. When we returned much later everything was in situ. The house was pleasantly warm. It made a tremendous difference

A huge delay by Warm works ( over 6 months). No communication after we signed up in Feb 2024. The contractor, however, was fabulous.

Still waiting on some things being fixed. Also u get an energy support worker who does nothing. U could probably take warmworks out the equation. Unnecessary middle company taking a cut. Although Gary who did my first visit was brilliant.
