*EDIT* PLEASE READ BOTTOM 0 stars!! Sham company, AVOID! I completed research with my 12yr old with VocalViews in which I was supposed to receive £80. Payment received was £0. They never answer phone, emails, support tickets, Facebook messages. What they DO do instead is remove any negative feedback from all social media platforms and block you. They have been reported to the Market Research Society for the actions, or no action in reality. *After WEEKS of daily emails, messages and calls that no one ever picked up or messages answered I finally got my incentive. The incentive was paid WEEKS AFTER I was supposed to. Daily I was telling them I was taking legal action and the only message I received was telling me I was being reported to the police for harassment then nothing from them at all. Not a professional company at all I'm afraid. NO ONE should have to chase the incentive daily and as a "professional company" they should respond to the customer, not ignore or threaten police.
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! An absolute scam. I did a study with them on June 13th and have sent multiple emails, reached out on social media, and made support tickets and have yet to be paid by mid-August!! They never answer and even went so far as to block me on Facebook when I tried to reach out there!! I have NEVER had an issue with any other company. They are extremely uncooperative and unprofessional. If you want your incentive, DO NOT do a study for this company.
I took part in 2 market research’s initially they were very good with commuting the project and sending over links in time. The problem occurred when it came to paying me I completed the research on the 14th of July 2021 and I have still not been paid, I have sent multiple emails, where I have been promised payment and I have still not received anything, once I receive my payment I will not be using this market research group again.
UPDATE....and original below As I said, it was never communicated to me what the problem was with the payment system, in fact the only problem I was told was that you were moving offices and that is why there was a delay ******ORIGINAL BELOW******* Like others, did a study back in June, after constant chasing, emails and eventually threatening them with contacting the market research society and trading standards I eventually got paid mid August. Shouldn’t need to chase so much especially when I expect they have already received their commission from the client. With the number of positives that have come flying in, I suspect they’re either staff, friends of employees of paid fake reviews. I’ve done 2 researches for this company the first I did was bad for the late payment, but the second one was just a shambles. I won’t be applying for any future researches with this company as it is too much of a headache to get paid. I’m removing myself from their mail list and have shut my account with them. my only recommendation would be to avoid. My recommendation to vocal views would be instead of getting honest reviews removed; do some damage control, contact those participants by mail/phone and apologise for the delay in payment/explain if you’ve had problems with the payment provider. Communication is key, and when you don’t pick up the phone and don’t reply to emails then it leaves people with little choice. You’ve really brought the negative reviews on yourself and in my opinion they could’ve been completely preventable if you replied to people. I expect like other negative reviews left for this company, the company will flag for removal. I’m one step ahead, I’ve emailed trust pilot evidence to support my review.

Good study, however payment often takes a little longer than hoped for.
The project went well however, I am not happy with their lack of communication. Trying to get hold of someone on the phone is almost impossible and when I did reach someone they didn't know anything about the project. I rang a few times about an undecipherable message that I was left on my answerphone but nobody seemed to know anything about it. Still waiting for payment.

It was fun to be able to participate in such a study that is based on the topic that I loved.
I did the entertainment cooking tv show study back on June 1st and I still have yet to received my incentive. I contacted support and they are saying there is no record. I hate doing a study with this company because I always have trouble getting my incentive afterwards. That was my last time participating in a research project with this company.
Original post June 24: Smooth and easy study. Friendly moderators. Compensation is lower than other companies and has been a bit slow. Edit August 5: Still haven't received my payment after emailing their support email and others. I was told they would look into my issue "shortly" but it's been over a month since their last communication. Expected much better. Edit August 18: Team leader for my study emailed me on August 5 claiming I would receive payment the next day. Guess what? Still no payment. Plus they tried to remove my negative feedback on trustpilot. Unbelievable. Stay away if you value your time as you will not be compensated for it.
