This is my 1st project with vocal views but their communication I must say is professional and consistent. I enjoyed the project which was a 5 day vaping project and I had support if needed all the way through the project. If you are interested in research projects and want a company who cares and supports you from the start to the end then join vocal views. Verification and payment process very swift and quick. I was quite sceptical as I had never taken part in market research before, a friend recommended me, she said you will be paid for your opinions, I really did not believe this. However, I signed up to Vocal Views as their website looks the most professional and promising. I received an email a few days later inviting me to take part in a pre-application survey, which I did. I was then called an hour later and accepted to take part in a zoom call with 5 other people, they were really nice and the best part, I was paid into my e-wallet, and withdrew to my bank account in minutes, cheers Vocal Views, I will recommend you to all my mates.

Vocal Views are great! I’ve worked with them on a few research projects over the past two years and have had great fun whilst doing so! I love that each project is completely different from one to the next. I enjoy taking part and giving my honest opinions whilst also having the opportunity to try new products from time to time. It’s a great feeling to know my feedback could make a difference and can be of value to brands and for other consumers. Hope to continue to take part in more projects with them in the future!

I have done a few studies with them over the past couple of years. The first two, I hadn't problems with. I completed the studies and was paid in the timeline they had pro. Used. However, I did a study for them back in July that was a 3 part study. It took up a lot of my time. I even had to call in sick from work in order to attend the 3rd part of the study. And then once it was over, I had issues with payments. First, I didn't get paid the day payments were supposed to go out. Then I had to contact them, and somehow now I ended up getting partial payment. But they still owe me $90 and I have contacted support. I have emailed the people who were in charge of the study. I have tried everything and here it is now October and I am still owed that $90. So until this is resolved, I will hold firm to this one star. I would put no stars if they would let me. Update: it is now 10/03/2023 and I still haven't been paid what they owe. I have contacted them a few times but each time I was told they would look into it and then never heard from them again. Use caution if you are going to do studies with them I refuse to work with them ever again.

DEFINITELY AVOID. I would give zero star if I could. Did a website testing study, after spending all my time and coming to the last screen which said 'This is the end of the survey. Thank you for participating!'; I went on to click the 'End survey' button on this screen. Unfortunately, nothing happened. I took a screen shot for this screen (to show that I have come to the end of the survey), emailed the screen shot to the project manager straight away and explained what happened (and emphasised that I have definitely completed the study). Heard nothing from the project manager. Not being paid a few weeks later. When I chased the payment, they sent an email saying that I have not completed the study. I explained the situation all over again; sent the screen shot again (plus another screen shot taken in the middle of the survey). They still said I definitely have not done the study. Refused payment. No one answered phone calls. Total waste of time - a sham definitely. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I love this company they have really good studies to participate in. They communicate and keep you updated all the time. The incentives are really good and get paid really quickly.

I'm so glad that I signed up with this company. I've done a few market research projects for them and each time the process has been faultless. I've always received payment very quickly after finishing a job. I've experienced excellent communication with members of the team when I've needed to speak to a member of the team. I hope to continue to work for them in the future.

Great company, excellent communication, I would highly recommend for market research

This is the second time I’m posting this as vocal views flagged my other review up and sent me a threatening email to remove my review or they would contact the police! Lying saying I sent abusive emails well that lie may work with others but I know that I have done nothing wrong. They will not bully me into keeping quiet after NOT paying me my incentive I worked for! Worst company I've ever worked for! The worst company I have ever worked for! Sent me market research to apply for which I did. I told my partner to join up too. Took me 45 minutes to complete this online survey took a screen shot and sent it to one of the ladies that sent a reminder email to finish the survey which I did. My partner also completed his. A week later He got paid and I didn’t so I contacted them by email no response. Called them and was told to create a ticket which I did. Said I would get a ticket number and I never did. I spoke to many people and was told that they would contact me. After 5 minutes they sent me an email saying that I didn’t complete the survey and so would not be getting paid. I asked for the clients details to contact them as I had a participation code and wanted to check if they had actually said this. I wasn’t given this information. I asked them to check their emails to see my screenshot of the survey completion and they never did. If this was the case that they really thought that I hadn't completed it why did they not contact me? Why did they not say this when I first enquired? The problem is I did complete the survey and was not paid for it! The market research I did before this current one was a covid 19 one they said was £25 incentive. When I spoke to the people doing the zoom meeting (the client) they said was actually for £30! They couldn’t understand why vocal views had said £25 and hoped it was a mistake. So I awaited payment and was only paid £25 with a follow up email saying sorry was a mistake and to apply for the £5 so had to wait further days to get paid the full incentive. Me and my partner decided to delete our accounts as we won’t work for people who do not pay us for our work. They then proceed to calling me and offering me work! Lol I asked if they saw that I deleted my account. They said they didn't deal in that department. I’ve blocked their number do not waste your time! Since my review they have emailed me a threatening email saying to remove my review or they would call the police! I’m so scared I’ve posted the review they got trustpilot to remove AGAIN! I have nothing to hide and I’ve had to provide trust pilot with proof to keep this review up which I have and they accepted because the facts speak for themselves. I will not be bullied into silence. Good try though. Their reply is very interesting as I have bank statements with payments from them for the one and only market reseach They paid me for so can’t wait to show the police those 👍😂especially as they have just stated that they do not know me and I have never worked for them before alright mate lol I’ve screen shot their reply just incase they decide to delete it.
