I LOVE these guys. They are Simply The Best. Efficient, respond quickly to emails, trustworthy, reliable. I've used them three times since 2016 and always been 100% satisfied. I wish the price hadn't gone up quite so much but it is a small price to pay to transcend the horror of trying to go the official route! (which I've also done in the past)

Found Ash very helpful but courier let them down. My passport arrived , signed by delivery driver, but wife’s not delivered. Changed delivery address and delivered today, a week later. They do not realise the concern it’s causes as you do not know if it late delivery or package lost. Would I use them again , possibly.

Straightforward, easy and convenient. Expensive. But very good option if you want stress free.

I’ve recently used visa genie to get my Indian tourist visa. I was unable to get a suitable appointment but visa genie got my passport/visa back to me within two weeks, they fill in the hard bits of the form, make the appointment and go to the visa office for you saving a great deal of trouble and queuing. It obviously costs a bit more but totally worth it. Well done to Visa Genie and thanks for a great service.
