Always extremely professional quick and helpful

Customer sevice (internet, email and telephone ) very fast and efficient. Tourist visa obtained within two working days, as stated. Very reasonable charges.

I didn't have a good first impression with these lot. Utterly judgemental biased and non logic. I wanted a simple tourist visa to India with no issues or anything that could hinder my application and they were wasting my time. I decided to withdraw my application altogether because they were not professional or a good service at all. Very judgemental needlessly which made them come across rude and non logical.

Edited after totally false feedback from the company below, as now noted in this review. Not the standard of service we expected from reviews. Many things seemed to just be made up on the spot. For example: 1. Supporting documentation was stated to be inadequate, then an application successfully submitted anyway while I was sourcing alternate documents (i.e., the documentation WAS adequate, contrary to the company's response below, and we were not notified of this submission so I wasted time obtaining new documents); 2. Despite requesting two fast track visas, one was submitted normal speed and one fast track (and we were not informed - there is a clear email chain where I requested two fast track visas and this was agreed by a company staff member, contrary to the company's response below); 3. Three different prices for the fast track visa were quoted (contrary to the company's response below, I am referring to three different prices given by them - in writing, with full email chain - for the same fast track visa time) and, contrary to the company's response below, I was charged extra by the company for the fast track visa over and above the embassy fee (I have no problem with this, so there is no need for the compay to lie about this). Fortunately, the visas ultimately arrived, but it was an unnecessarily stressful experience, with different employees stating different things, and difficulty in obtaining clear written information - including when the visas were being sent back to us (quite a problem, when they needed signing for on arrival!). We would seek out a more professional company next time. Also, it is worth noting that it is not worth using this company for standard visa service (i.e., not requiring a visit to the embassy) as they appear to charge a substantial amount of money just to delay your application by a day before passing on to the embassy, with no clear added value.

Brilliant. Made what could have been a tricky process very straightforward by providing easy-to-follow instructions, and greatly relieved the stress of a forthcoming holiday in N Africa

The instructions were pretty clear and straightforward - there always seem to be one or two queries about the form.

There are many so called service company's , but I can honestly say that visa genie are exactly what all company's should aspire to . They were extremely helpful, attentive and efficient . I could not recommend them any more highly . It took away the stress of dealing with the beauracracy that comes with visa applications . Thank you very much

What an amazing job Visa Genie does! Special thanks to Ash for getting us an appointment just in 2 days and got our visas in 5 working days. I was panicking when I realised that evisa to India from UK was suspended. There were no appointments available at vfs. The fees that Visa Genie charged was the best as compared to others, I even had an agent from some other company quoting me £400 per visa!! All thanks to you, now we can finally visit India after a very long time.

Company is genuine. Polite staff no matter you talk to any staff. Always give honest and true picture b4 taking on customer and very quick outcome. I mean you get visa very quickly through this company and i believe if VFS can issue visa so quickly than why people cannot get who applies without going through agency. Its something wrong in system.its corruption from within system so people in top like ambassador do not know as ambassador cannot be in place everywhere . Its people surrounding Hon ambassador is not effective and poor ambassador has to bear negative reviews.
