I have found Visa Genie very straight forward and easy to use. Good communication throughout and my visa took 10 days to arrive. I do however feel that the price is very high.

These guys are utterly professional, I cannot fault their service. Sending your passport out is scary especially to an unknown company but these guys acknowledge receipt on arrival by e mail then process the application immediately. Your Visa is returned via DX with a tracking service. I cannot fault them

I used Visa Genie to avoid the hassle of going to the HCI in London in order to get an Indian visa. They checked all my info was correct for the visa application form which took away any stress. I was informed well in advance that there there was high demand and getting the visa could take 3-4 weeks - instead it was back with me in just over two weeks. Great service.

This is q fraudulent company. Received emails asking me to pay for my visa to India when their was a ban also how can I get a visa without sending my documents and pictures? I replied telling them their should keep up with the news and government requirements more than chasing me amd other for money now I've received 2 emails asking for my documents. Lol Don't waste your time their run a company from a house near my aunts I've been watching them their not professionals their fraudsters. Please stay away from them it's a 3 bedroom terrace house

Very stressful times to get a 60 day tourist visa to Thailand but Ash at Visa Genie took all the stress away. Highly recommended!!!!

i chose visa genie to assist me on getting a visa for india, i was informed it was only a 30 day visa, this was fine with me. i filled in all the documents and paid £170 as instructed. Visa genie then rang me a fortnight later saying the embassy had increased the fees by £118. i paid this and my visa/passport arrived, my flight was then cancelled by TUI, i asked for a refund on my visa but was told by visa genie that i had paid them to carry out a service and they have done that even though i can’t use my visa because my flight has been cancelled. so they have just made money for nothing. I will be taking this matter to BBC WATCHDOG

They dont reply to emails or pick up the phone,their mailbox is allways full so cant leave a message. Is this an actual business or some form of scam?
