Okay, we now have our visas for India but don't seem to have experienced the same level of service as others leaving reviews. We made and paid for our application on 3/9. I had to chase them to find out what was going on on the 8th because apart from the automated responses I had heard nothing. I was told they had already sent the forms to sign but would resend them, (we received these later that same day). We signed and returned them along with our passports and the next day received confirmation that they had received our documents. We then received a strange email saying "Your visa application is scheduled to be submitted on 10/10/2022 at the embassy". Again, it all went quiet until my wife received her passport and visa on 24/9. Mine was nowhere to be seen so assumed it was something to do with the strange email. I emailed Visa Genie on 25/9 seeking information and received a response on 26/9 asking if we had both passports. I received another email on 27/9 saying the passport was with the courier and it arrived on 28/9. Not quite the glowing service that others have left in their reviews and in particular the transparency of the process. Perhaps an updated email advising that the process is administered by the embassy once submitted. I would use them again but would like to see a more explicit breakdown of the process on their website.

After disappointment of no 30 day visa for UK citizen with complication of presenting at Indian Embassy Visa Genie took all the trauma but I did find it expensive Will think twice about going on another holiday to India But Thank you anyway
