I have been using Visa Genie for a few years now for all our business visas and they always provide a 100% service. They have just provided 2 business visas for 2 countries and usual, they are the best! Ash is so helpful and keeps me up to date. I'd never use anyone else.

To be honest we weren’t happy that we had to use this service as our previous ( cancelled by the Indian government because of the pandemic ) had been an evisa which was much cheaper and we applied ourselves online , but now because of their change in policy we had to get a paper visa. However needs must and the service provided by visa genie was efficient, flexible and friendly and the courier service was excellent

When India suspended e-visas for UK citizens, I realised I was running out of time to get the paper based version. The alternative system seemed very bureaucratic and confusing, which is when I was recommended by a friend to contact VisaGenie. It was so helpful to speak directly to a very reassuring professional person. The service was prompt and the visas arrived well in advance of my expectation, thus taking much stress from the process. I also appreciated the follow up communication to ensure that my visas had been delivered by courier. Highly recommend.
