The item was fine, thank you. But it would have been nice to know that it was coming from Holland even though ordered through a .co.uk website. This meant an unacceptably long delivery time which was a real problem for us. Truth is, I would not have ordered through them if I had known. Maybe that's why they withheld this fact until it was too late to do anything about it? Sneaky.

Issue rectified after further communication. Review updated Unable to return unopened delivery due to returns policy . Food not palatable.

Well I say I Google the website to see were I can buy rabbits vets and I his website came up vestend came I never use that web for a long time un till new and it a really gud website to use cos of sorts of stuff on there for rabbits and gud for shopping on

I bought a large dog food container but when delivered I opened it up to find that the clip fastener had been broken in transit, I phoned the company’s customer service & explained what had happened to which I was sent a replacement that I received within 4 days. That’s what I call excellent customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Quality food and conpany

Product arrived quickly and was packaged in shrink wrap so easy recycle. Orijen Fit & Trim food great, my dog had lost 0.5kg in two weeks.

Happy with delivery time. Product was not packaged particularly well and there was a cut in both the packaging and the product bag which was disappointing but as it’s dried dog food that gets eaten fairly quickly I’ve not complained. Other companies send them out boxed for extra protection.
